First Time 'Health Risk Appraisal' User Follow These Directions:
1. Click on link
2. Click on Student Login
3. Click on New User
4. School ID: 76 will appear
5. School Administration ID:
Type "beth", press Next
6. Student ID:
Type in YOUR school student ID #,
Choose any password and confirm it (write it down somewhere so you don't
forget it)
7. First name, Last name, gender, height in inches, weight in pounds, date of
birth (month, day, year)
8. Teacher: select your teacher
9. Class you graduate will appear
10. Click "Go"
11. Pull down box "Available appraisals" select appropiate test
